At OutDSM, we love satisfied customers!

We try to make your entire shopping experience effortless through ordering, shipping and, everybody's favorite pastime, returns.

We know sometimes things just don’t work out with whatever you ordered, or maybe you accidentally bought a “Hut Slut” shirt in a size that’s more “Hut” than “Slut". In any case, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items purchased from our store. To start a return, simply e-mail OhShirt@OutDSM.com (cute right?) and make sure to include a copy of your receipt or order number. In cases where something is defective, please include a picture of the janky item so we can see what went wrong. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached (unless we messed it up, then you're good.)
